This policy explains how subscription cancellations, refund requests, duplicate payments, failed transactions, and service-related payment matters are handled by Quant Alpha.

Refunds depend on service status and applicable rules.

Quant Alpha research plans involve access to research communication, model-based insights, investor support, and service infrastructure. Refund eligibility depends on whether the plan has been activated, whether research access has been provided, and whether any service has already been consumed.

This policy will be aligned with applicable SEBI regulations, circulars, and compliance requirements before public launch.

Core Policy

Refund treatment depends on
activation and usage.

The objective is to maintain a fair policy while protecting the integrity of paid research communication.

Before Activation

If a plan has not been activated and no research access, report, model communication, or paid service has been provided, a refund request may be considered subject to verification.

After Activation

Once the plan is activated and research access or service communication has been provided, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Duplicate Payment

Duplicate payments, excess payments, or payment gateway errors may be refunded after verification of transaction records.

Important: Quant Alpha does not provide refunds based on market movement, profit expectation, investment outcome, or dissatisfaction arising from normal market risk.

Cancellation Terms

Cancelling a plan or
stopping future service.

Investor Cancellation

Investors may request cancellation of future communication by writing to the official email address. Cancellation does not automatically create refund eligibility for already delivered services.

No Automatic Renewal

Unless specifically communicated and agreed, plans will not be treated as automatically renewed. Renewal terms will be communicated through official channels.

Service Discontinuation

Quant Alpha may discontinue, suspend, or modify access in case of misuse, non-compliance, unauthorised sharing, or violation of terms.

Refund Request Process

Send your request to contact@quantalpharesearch.in with the subject “Refund Request”.

Step 2

Provide Details

Include name, email, payment date, transaction ID, plan name, and reason for request.

Step 3

Verification

Quant Alpha will verify payment status, plan activation, and service delivery records.

Step 4

Resolution

Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment mode or applicable banking channel.

Refund processing timelines may depend on banks, payment gateways, compliance checks, transaction verification, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not apply
in these cases.

Charges & Deductions

Payment gateway, tax, and
administrative treatment.

Transaction Charges

Payment gateway charges, banking charges, taxes, or other third-party charges may be deducted or treated according to applicable payment provider rules and tax requirements.

Original Payment Mode

Eligible refunds will generally be processed to the original payment mode, bank account, or payment method used by the investor, subject to verification.

Tax invoices, GST treatment, credit notes, and related documentation will be handled in accordance with applicable tax laws and internal compliance procedures.

Research plans do not promise
profits or protection from loss.

No Performance-Based Refund

Refunds are not linked to investment performance, profit or loss, market movement, or whether an investor’s portfolio meets expected return assumptions.

By subscribing to a plan, the investor acknowledges that securities market investments are subject to market risks and that capital loss is possible.
